(3) Registration conditions:

③ Good health;

④ China citizens with permanent residence in our province.

To apply for registration, foreigners who have settled in China must not only meet the above requirements (Article 1-3), but also hold the Alien's Permanent Residence Permit or Alien's Residence Permit issued by the provincial public security organ.

2. Persons under any of the following circumstances may not register:

(1) All college students with higher education; (2) Non-fresh graduates of senior secondary education schools; (3) fresh graduates who registered by deception in the non-graduation year of senior secondary education in the previous year and illegally participated in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as the national unified examination);

(4) Anyone who cheated in the national unified examination in the last year, or who was found cheating in the examination or was taken by others, will be disqualified from this year's examination;

3. Candidates who normally move into Shanxi with their parents due to military placement or job transfer (referring to the transfer handled by state organs, institutions and personnel management departments of state-owned enterprises) are not subject to the time limit of household registration.

5.
