On June 5438+1October 65438+February, 2007, Ren Huaxi, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, led Wan Duoyong, Liu Chengzhi, deputy county magistrate, and heads of lanzhou-chongqing railway Cooperation Council Secretariat, County Development and Integration Bureau, Land and Resources Bureau, Transportation Bureau and Commerce Bureau to Lingjiang Town to investigate the site selection of Cangxi Railway Station in lanzhou-chongqing railway.

With the joint efforts of the Ministry of Railways, Sichuan, Gansu and Chongqing provinces and cities along the line, lanzhou-chongqing railway has made great progress. The project was officially approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in May, with a total length of 800 kilometers and double-track operation, with a design speed of 160 km to 200 km. The project is expected to invest 55.5 billion yuan, of which about 45 kilometers pass through our county. Lanzhou-chongqing railway's line and station setting in our county can be divided into two types: the central line scheme and the western line scheme. As the central and eastern parts of China are the main natural gas storage areas, the mid-line scheme will affect the exploration and development of natural gas. After repeated argumentation by the relevant authoritative experts of China Railway Second Hospital and Sinopec, it was decided to adopt the western route plan. Lanzhou-chongqing railway's route direction and station setting in our county are finally determined as follows: passing through Taigong Town, Yuanba District, Guangyuan City, entering yongningzhen, passing through the east of Yuanxi Town, the hinterland of Zhejiang Water Town, and Lingjiang Town facing the water across the river. It is planned to set up a station near Yuanmiaoya Township and enter Langzhong at the junction of Shui Yuan Town and Dong Qing Town through Jianxikou of Bamiao Town.

Ren Huaxi and his party visited the dam mouth of Qunling Village in Lingjiang Town, Dalun Mountain, Cangxi Bridge in lanzhou-chongqing railway, Cangxi Railway Passenger and Freight Transfer Station and other places, and learned about the railway connection of Hujialiang Village Natural Gas Chemical City. Ren Huaxi pointed out that for major national projects such as lanzhou-chongqing railway, Lanzhou-Chongqing Expressway, the construction of natural gas and chemical city, Cangxi Navigation and Electricity Project, the cadres and masses of villages and towns along the way should politically support the construction of major projects, actively support and cooperate, and do a good job in coordination services. In view of the location of the railway station, Ren Huaxi asked the relevant departments at the county level to communicate and report with lanzhou-chongqing railway experts in terms of the overall planning of the county, compensation for resettlement, planning and construction of industrial concentrated development areas and warehousing and logistics parks, environmental protection, cargo transportation direction in the county, urban traffic safety, etc., so as to facilitate people's riding and the construction of natural gas chemical city, and strive to further optimize the design scheme from the perspective of benefiting Cangxi's economic and social development, benefiting Cangxi people and coordinating urban and rural development.
