Caste immigrants

India's caste system is deeply rooted in India, and people with high caste and low caste are distinct, but there is nothing beyond it. Once crossed, it is the price of blood. However, Indians in Malaysia do not have to face such a harsh system. This is mainly because: 1. No high caste group defends the caste system; 2. There is no strong religious system and social soil; Malaysian law treats people of high and low castes equally.

1. No high caste group defends the caste system.

The reason why India's caste system is so strict is that India's vested interests and high caste groups are fully defending it. In India, as long as there is something that low-caste people cross, high-caste people will rise up and attack. Under the threat of death, people of low caste can only bear it silently. However, among Indians in Malaysia, there is a lack of high caste groups. When India colonized, India recruited a large number of poor Indians to work hard in Malaysia, and the number of high-caste Indians who went to Malaysia was basically zero.

2. There is no strong religious system and social soil.

India's deep-rooted caste system has a lot to do with their religious beliefs. Religious means are the means by which India's high caste fools and enslaves the low caste. Due to its long history and extensive existence, as well as its own limitations, India's low-caste people naturally consider themselves inferior and fully accept their fate of being enslaved. In Malaysia, there is no such religious system and social soil at all. In relatively equal society, Indians have a certain degree of awakening.

Malaysian laws treat people of high and low castes equally.

In India, people with high castes hurt people with low castes at low cost. So in India, people with high castes have no scruples about hurting people with low castes. However, Malaysian law does not allow this to happen. Compared with Indian law, Malaysian law pays more attention to equality for all. So legally speaking, Malaysia does not allow the existence of caste system.
