How do individuals apply for their own entry and exit records?

China citizens (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel) who need to inquire about entry and exit records for private applications can submit the Entry and Exit Records Inquiry Application Form with their valid entry and exit certificates or resident ID cards, and go to the reception hall of the Exit and Entry Administration Office of the Public Security Bureau to inquire about their entry and exit records in recent five years. /kloc-under the age of 0/6, the guardian will accompany the applicant to handle the inquiry business, and submit the applicant's entry and exit certificate or the original household registration book, the guardian's identity certificate and materials that can prove the guardianship relationship.

Provisions of public security organs on inquiring entry and exit records:

Chapter I Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Discipline of the People's Police of Public Security Organs, the Regulations on Information Openness of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and administrative regulations in order to regulate the behavior of public security organs in inquiring entry and exit records and protect citizens' legitimate rights and interests.

Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to the public security organs' use of the exit-entry management information system of the Ministry of Public Security to inquire about exit-entry records.

Article 3 The entry and exit records mentioned in these Provisions refer to the information obtained by the entry frontier inspection organ in the process of performing its duties according to law, including name, gender, date of birth, name of certificate, certificate number, entry and exit time, entry and exit port and means of transportation.
