How to go to Australia

First of all, take the household registration book and ID card to the exit-entry management office of the public security bureau where the household registration is located, and it will be done in about a week.

Then prepare the visa materials. Need to apply for Australia 456 short-term business visa.

All Chinese materials must be accompanied by English translation.

The Immigration Department has the right to verify any application information submitted by you.

All passports must be signed by the holder before they can be sent to the Australian consulate.

Required materials

Complete Form 456 (must be signed by the applicant);

Additional data sheet (must be signed by the applicant);

Family member 54 form (must be signed by the applicant);

Valid passport and business card;

One recent passport specification photo of each applicant;

Application fee. Please note that the application fee is the same whether you apply for a single or multiple round-trip visa. You can deliver it in person or remit money by China Post. If you send it back by express mail, you need to add RMB to 20 yuan, and send up to 5 passports. Please don't send cash;

An invitation letter issued by an Australian invitation company, stating the purpose of the applicant's coming to Australia and the previous business dealings between the Australian company and the applicant;

Detailed itinerary of your visit to Australia, including the contact information of Australian companies or organizations you will visit;

A letter of approval issued by the leader of your unit, which should state the reason for your coming to Australia, the details of all members of the delegation, their personal positions and the responsibilities they will bear during their stay in Australia;

Prove that your company is a practical enterprise and organization. This may include, but is not limited to, the certified business license and company profile of your company issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, and other materials that can prove that this trip to Australia is in line with the scale and interests of your company;

If you or other members of your team have applied for a visa before, please provide details of your previous application, including the time when you submitted your application, the type of visa you applied for, and whether your application was approved or rejected. If your previous application was rejected, please provide an explanation of the reasons for rejection;

Copy of the first page of passport (including your personal information, such as name, date of birth, etc. ).

Secondly, the visa materials should be sent to the embassy.

If you live in the following provinces, please submit your application to the Visa Office of the Australian Embassy in Beijing: Beijing, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Henan, Ningxia, Shanxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang and Tibet.

If you live in the following provinces, please submit your application to the Visa Office of the Australian Consulate in Shanghai: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi and Hubei.

If you live in the following provinces, you should submit your application to the Visa Office of the Australian Consulate in Guangzhou: Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou and Hainan.

Visa fee: short-term business visa (category 456)-RMB 530 yuan.

Applicants can remit money through any post office in China. Please pay attention to the following points when remittance:

The payee is the name of the visa office that submitted the visa application.

The address of the payee must be filled in the bill of exchange. Please refer to the contact information of the visa office.

The detailed address of the applicant must be filled in the bill of exchange.

The applicant's full name must be filled in. If the applicant entrusts others to remit money, the name of the applicant must also be displayed on the remittance slip.
