What if the expulsion order of New Zealand residents fails?

If the expulsion order fails, New Zealand residents can apply for an appeal again. After New Zealand's appeal against the expulsion order under the Immigration Act fails, the deportee can apply to the Queen's Royal Commission (which is responsible for hearing the appeal) for a second appeal. If this appeal is rejected, it will be regarded as the last appeal failure. According to the immigration law, deportees need to leave the country within 10 days after the appeal result is announced, otherwise they may face more severe punishment.
