The reinforcement project started construction in February 2002, and the main project was completed in August of the following year, with a total investment of 654.38+0.508 million yuan. In February, 2065, it passed the completion acceptance organized by the Provincial Water Resources Department. Its main project investment is 99.87 million yuan, and reservoir inundation treatment and land demolition are 50.93 million yuan. The main construction contents of the project include: (1) main dam project: upstream dam toe weighting, dam shell overturning and upstream dam slope protection; (2) Auxiliary dam project; Demolition and reconstruction of the original masonry dam; (3) Spillway project: spillway sluice reinforcement, new energy dissipation facilities, tailrace excavation and masonry; (4) spillway tunnel project: reinforcement of diversion canal and sluice chamber, treatment of cracks in tunnel body and grouting of rock foundation; (5) Mechanical and electrical equipment and installation; (6) Construction of observation engineering, hydrological facilities and management facilities, etc. ; (7) Compensation for resettlement and professional engineering restoration in reservoir area. The design cycle of Qingfengling Reservoir reinforcement project is 2.5 years, and the project is completed in three phases. The main construction contents of the first phase project: main dam reinforcement, spillway tunnel reinforcement, etc. The main construction contents of the second phase project: reconstruction of auxiliary dam, reinforcement of spillway, construction of management facilities, tailrace excavation, flood control wharf, installation and construction of electromechanical equipment, etc. The main construction contents of the third phase of the project: the relocation of immigrants in the reservoir area and the construction of professional projects in the reservoir area.
