Can Afghan women get married in China?

Afghan women can get married in China, and the existing laws in China do not prevent foreign-related marriages, but also allow both parties to emigrate. It should be pointed out that:

1. It is very difficult for foreigners, including Afghans, and China people to get married in China, and it is almost impossible to obtain permanent residence in China (China green card).
