The government-determined labor intermediary agencies recruit workers for enterprises free of charge. Enterprises' independent job fairs give certain job introduction subsidies. According to the number of people enrolled in the project training, enjoy the training subsidy fee. The training period is 1-3 months, and each person will be subsidized to 300 yuan every month. Recruiting immigrants who have signed labor contracts for more than 1 year and paid social insurance shall be given post subsidies for the corresponding labor contract period. The standard is 1 000 yuan per person per year, and the term is no more than 3 years. Recruit immigrants who have signed labor contracts for more than 1 year and paid social insurance, and give social insurance subsidies within the corresponding period according to the actual number of immigrants recruited, with the period not exceeding 3 years.

5. Preferential income tax. Enterprises entering the park shall collect enterprise income tax at the reduced rate of 15% according to the national western development policy; According to the Notice of Chongqing Municipal People's Government on Doing a Good Job in the Employment of Three Gorges Immigrants (Yufu [2006] No.214), the employed Kaixian immigrants will be given local income concessions such as business tax, urban maintenance and construction tax, education surcharge and enterprise income tax within 3 years, and the period will not exceed 3 years.

6. Tax relief for imported equipment. For industrial enterprises transferred to the reservoir area, all imported equipment used for domestic-funded projects and foreign-invested projects encouraged by the state shall be exempted from customs duties and import value-added tax within the prescribed scope.

Enterprises entering the park will deduct 50% of the R&D expenses incurred by enterprises with sound financial accounting system and transferred to the tax audit in the reservoir area within a tax year, and intangible assets will not be included in the current profits and losses; Form 150% intangible assets promotion fee.

8. Tax incentives for new products. Enterprises entering the park that are included in the national and municipal new product project plans will be rewarded according to 60% of the local retained part of the newly added value-added tax within three years of the national new product and two years of the municipal new product after being identified for production.

9. Minimum charge. All the administrative fees and charges specified by the state and the city shall be charged according to the minimum standard.

No unit may charge administrative fees and charges that have been explicitly prohibited by the state and the city for any reason. It is forbidden for county departments to set up administrative fees.

Those who meet the requirements shall enjoy relevant preferential policies according to regulations.

13, financial support. Encourage enterprises entering the park to innovate independently. Preferential policies such as financial discount, government subsidies and low-interest loans are given priority to industrial technological transformation projects and technological innovation projects that meet the national industrial encouragement.
