Does immigration mean that you don't have China nationality?
Legal analysis: there are two ways for immigrants to obtain green cards and become naturalized. Getting a green card can only mean that you live in that country, or you keep your China identity. Naturalization means that you have the nationality of another country and no longer have the nationality of China.
Legal basis: Article 9 of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China. China citizens who have settled in foreign countries voluntarily become or acquire foreign nationality will automatically lose their China nationality.
