The 72 peaks spread out in all directions with Xizhang Mountain as the center, clustering around each other like a blooming hibiscus. Hence the name Furong Mountain. Furong Mountain stands in the southeast of Anhua. It is the birthplace of Yishui, Yixi, Weishui and Lianshui. Its center is composed of granite that is easily weathered and eroded, forming a small basin. According to legend, there is a pond in the center of the basin. It is called Qingxuan Pond, with lotus flowers growing all year round. Fairies often bathe in the lotus bushes. People and flowers complement each other. The top four towns of Meicheng and Dafu look like a blooming hibiscus, so the Jade Emperor designated the mountain as Furong Mountain and the village where it is located as Furong Village.

4. In the west of Ningxiang County, Hunan, it connects to the boundary of Anhua County. It was formerly known as Qingyang Mountain. According to "Records of Scenic Spots", Furong Mountain and Dawei Mountain are connected to each other, including Furong Cave. Here, hibiscus was produced in the past, and Kangrong made elixirs here in the late Han Dynasty.

5. Sichuan Furong Mountain comes from the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and belongs to the snow-capped mountains, stretching for hundreds of miles. When we arrived at Xinchang, there were ninety-nine ring peaks rising from the ground. The main peak was 1221.3 meters high. The mountains were shrouded in clouds and mist, and the mountains were undulating, like lotuses and hibiscus, hence the name.

6. Furong Mountain in Shaoguan, Guangdong was already very famous in the Han Dynasty. According to legend, a Taoist named Kang Rong built a stove to make alchemy here, so it was named "Rongshan Danzao" in later generations and was named Qujiang One of the twenty-four scenes, later generations built a nunnery at Kangrong's alchemy place and wrote "Furong Ancient Temple". The Rongshan Ancient Temple is located on the mountainside of Furong Mountain near the top. The year of its original construction and the state of repairs over the years cannot be verified. However, according to local chronicles, the ancient temple in Rongshan was destroyed by war during the Chongzhen period of the Ming Dynasty, and was later repaired by monks from the Ming Dynasty. In addition, according to the existing stone tablet records of the "Reconstruction of the Zhenwu Emperor's Palace in Furong Mountain" and the inscriptions on the murals, it can be seen that the Rongshan ancient temple was repaired in the 34th year of Kangxi and the 7th year of Guangxu. However, in modern times, due to long-term disrepair, it has almost become a carbon waste. In 1985, the city government allocated funds to restore the Rongshan Ancient Temple to its original appearance. After restoration, the Rongshan ancient temple covers an area of ??more than 1,200 square meters, with a construction area of ??800 square meters. It is divided into 8 front halls, main halls, back halls, and left and right wing rooms. Most of the murals inside and outside the ancient temple are painted according to their original traces. Most of the murals are about self-cultivation and alchemy, and there are also other paintings of flowers, plants and landscapes.
