Major events of Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group (Hengshui) Defel Co., Ltd.

The company was established on July 26, 2001 and is affiliated to Hebei Jiheng Group.

In 2002, Nanchang achieved the first certification of two dosage forms, injection and oral liquid, and obtained the "pass" for market access.

In 2003, our West Factory achieved the first certification of three dosage forms: granules, tablets, and capsules;

In 2004, our South Factory achieved suppositories, ointments, and traditional Chinese medicine granules. First certification;

On June 14, 2004, according to the approval of the Hebei Province "Drug Production License" change form, the first pharmaceutical factory of Hebei (Jiheng Group) Huawei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was renamed Hebei Huawei Defei Er Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the legal representative is Liu Haigang, and the person in charge of the company is Liu Haigang.

The restructuring work was completed at the end of 2005, and it officially became an independently operated and independently controlled joint-stock pharmaceutical enterprise.

On April 22, 2010, Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group acquired the Rui Gianni Family Trust Fund, the major shareholder of Defair Pharmaceuticals, for 120 million, and officially became the controlling shareholder of Defair Pharmaceuticals.

On April 30, 2010, the name was officially changed to Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group (Hengshui) Defel Co., Ltd.
