If you have the following relatives with Canadian citizens or permanent residents, you can apply for immigration of Canadian family relatives:

1), the spouse of a permanent resident or citizen of Canada;

2) The engaged spouse of a Canadian permanent resident or citizen;

3) Children (including adopted children) who are permanent residents or citizens of Canada and are under the age of 19, and who are unmarried during the period from application to visa issuance; Or/kloc-unmarried full-time students over 0/9 years old (their living allowance depends entirely on their parents); Or/kloc-children with mental or physical defects over 0/9 years old;

4) Grandparents of Canadian permanent residents or/kloc-citizens over 0/9 years old;

5) Parents of Canadian permanent residents or/kloc-citizens over 0/9 years old;

6) Unmarried brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, aunts, nieces and grandchildren who are permanent residents or citizens of Canada and whose parents are under 19;

7) Unmarried children under the age of 9 adopted by permanent residents or citizens of Canada.
