1986, now that you are 24 years old, you can't be protected that far (CSPA means that from your physiological age, deducting the processing time of immigration/the State Council, it adds up to about 1 year, which becomes your' immigration scheduling age', not as much as four or five years), even if you have CSPA, you are almost over-aged.

Marital status is calculated on the basis of arrival time, rather than deducting the guarantee time. It depends on when you can come.

Even if you are not over-aged, you have successfully come (this possibility is very small, as I explained above), if your boyfriend/future husband wants to come through you, it will take six years (more than six years, but you have come, and after five years, you will be naturalized for about half a year, and then you can go through the formalities for him).

Since you are married and over-aged, you have to wait for your mother to be naturalized (5 years), and then apply for arranging married children for your family (F3), which will take about 9 years, so you have to come at least 5+9+ 1 or 2= 15- 16.
