How long does it take to interview after the wedding green card is fingerprinted?

It will come down in about three months. Citizens who apply for a marriage green card for their spouses have no timetable. They can also submit an application for I- 130 relative immigration qualification and an application for I-485 status adjustment to a green card. After submitting the application, they will receive a notice of fingerprint 1-2 months, and an interview arrangement notice of 1-3 months after fingerprint completion.

Article 105 1 The marriage is invalid in any of the following circumstances:

(1) Bigamy;

(2) Having a family relationship that prohibits marriage;
