Application of hydropower immigration law

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration, if a China citizen who has settled abroad wishes to return to China to settle down, he shall apply to the embassies and consulates of People's Republic of China (PRC) and China or other overseas institutions entrusted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before entering the country, or he may apply to the overseas Chinese affairs department of the local people's government at or above the county level through his relatives.
