1. Applicable object: Chinese mainland people are the biological children of Taiwan Province people, under the age of 12.

Second, the documents to be prepared:

(1) Application for settlement, with a color photo of coated paper taken in the last two years. The front is 4.5cm, and the horizontal is 3.5cm. Without wearing colored glasses, the facial features are clear and uncovered, which is enough to recognize the face. The length of the portrait from the top of the head to the chin is not less than 3.2cm, but more than 3.6cm, and the background is white. The composite photo cannot be modified or used.

(2) A copy of the mainland permanent resident registration form.

(3) The original and photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the mainland or overseas regions and verified by SEF or our overseas units (the original is returned after inspection); If you advocate or get pregnant before marriage, attach a certificate that the biological mother has no husband-wife relationship during pregnancy.

(4) Health examination certificate issued by hospitals in Taiwan Province Province. For children under 6 years old, please attach a complete copy of vaccination certificate (valid within the last 3 months; Health examination hospital for foreign workers designated by the Department of Health, Executive Yuan.

(5) Letter of guarantee: 1, and the sponsor or second-degree relative with household registration in Taiwan Province Province is the guarantor; For some reason (no relatives, serving a prison sentence or suffering from domestic violence, and obtaining the usual protection order issued by the court), 1 citizen with Taiwan Province household registration and proper occupation can be found as guarantor. The guarantor shall issue a letter of guarantee signed or sealed by himself, which shall be checked by the entry-exit country and the entry-exit administration department (hereinafter referred to as the department).

(6) If a notary of mainland nationality is lost in mainland China or overseas, he may declare in writing that it will be reissued, and it will be corrected when the original is reissued after entry; Documents issued by the mainland or overseas regions must be verified by SEF or our overseas units.

(7) Other relevant supporting documents: When the competent authority deems it necessary, it may request to attach other relevant supporting documents, such as DNA consanguinity appraisal reports issued by public and private hospitals certified by the Department of Health of the Executive Yuan. The single certificate of pregnancy before marriage can be replaced by the certificate of marital status, which must be verified by SEF or our overseas units.

(8) The certificate fee is NT$ 900 yuan, a registered reply envelope with the recipient's name and address (free of charge).

3. Application method: mail application is not accepted.

(1) If the applicant is in Chinese mainland, his dependent relatives and second-degree relatives in Taiwan should bring the documents of relatives' certificates, return them after inspection or entrust a travel agency or immigration business institution above Class A to apply to the department on his behalf.

(2) If the applicant is in Hong Kong or Macau, he/she should apply to China Travel Agency Hong Kong Branch (4th floor, Lippo Building, Lippo Center, 89 Queensway, Hong Kong) or Taipei Economic and Cultural Center (Block F-K, 6th floor, Empire Plaza, 41KLOC-0, Xingang, Macau).

(3) Where the applicant is in an overseas area, he shall apply to the Chinese embassy or consulate abroad, representative office, office or other institutions authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Fourth, matters needing attention:

(1) Chinese mainland children who are not the biological children of Taiwan Province people are not applicable to this category.

(2) If the biological children of the mainland set up an account in Taiwan Province, and then go back to the mainland to set up an account or get a passport from the mainland, they will lose their status as people from Taiwan Province Province. If you want to live in Taiwan Province in the future, you must apply again. Please pay special attention.

(3) If the mainland's biological children need to enter or leave the country after being registered in Taiwan Province, they should first complete their China passports and visas for countries or regions.

(4) If a woman in Chinese mainland gives birth to a child out of wedlock or is pregnant before marriage, except for the former, she must first complete the claim procedures, and attach a written statement of DNA consanguinity identification and a notarial certificate of unmarried relationship during pregnancy (proof of non-marital status must be verified by SEF).

(5) Those who enter the country with a copy of the entry permit and the residence certificate for replacement procedures must submit a certificate of loss of origin (verified by SEF) in addition to the documents, before the original residence certificate can be replaced.
