Are the ancient Aryans related to ancient Rome and ancient Greece?

In today's Europe, except Bulgaria, Hungary, Finland and Russia, there are descendants and hybrids of Altai nomads, and almost all others are descendants and hybrids of Aryans.

Aryans are active in grasslands from Eastern Europe to Central Asia. In BC, with their migration, they conquered almost all the indigenous peoples in Eurasia and mixed their blood and culture into each other's blood vessels. This is really a miracle in history, and they didn't ride horses at that time. Aryans mainly train cattle. In the Carpathian Mountains and north of the Black Sea, Poles, Czechs, Serbs and some Russians appeared because of the mixture of Aryans and local aborigines. The other part entered Italy and Greece. Around AD 1500, Aryans entered the Greek Peninsula, destroying the Aegean culture and creating a higher culture after merging with local indigenous peoples.

The same is true of ancient Rome. Iberians first lived in Italy. By 1000 BC, Aryans who had gone south had settled in central and northern Italy, and they intermarried with local aborigines. In this way, they quickly merged with the aborigines. Latin tribes lived on the top of the Tiber River and a group of hills around it, and later merged with nomadic people from Asia Minor at sea. When it comes to the integration of nomadic and agricultural peoples in Europe, we can't help but mention the Huns. Instead of slaughtering the conquered peoples, they were incorporated into the army and even married each other, thus successfully mixing all the nomadic peoples on the Danube. Xiongnu is a strong nation with strong assimilation ability. Utira, the great leader of Xiongnu, once ruled the great empire across Europe and Asia, which was composed of Xiongnu and Germanic tribes, and the Eastern Roman Empire was bullied by him for more than ten years. He even married the granddaughter of the emperor of the Eastern Roman Empire. In 453, I married a Germanic girl and died unfortunately during the wedding. Since then, the Huns have disappeared, but the blood of the eastern nomads is flowing in the veins of Europeans.

Therefore, there is no so-called pure race in the world, only mixed blood accompanied by assimilation of civilization.
