How to deal with Vietnamese people sneaking into China to get married?

Vietnamese who sneak into China will be ordered to leave the country, or even fined and detained.

Legal basis:

Article 78 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that foreigners who illegally reside shall be given a warning; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be fined 500 yuan for illegal residence every day, with a total amount not exceeding 10,000 yuan or detained for more than five days and less than fifteen days.

Anyone who illegally resides because the guardian of a foreigner under the age of 16 or other person with guardianship responsibility fails to perform his guardianship obligations shall be given a warning and may be fined not more than 1,000 yuan.
