How to apply for a Belgian visa?

I. Procedures for applying for a Belgian visa:

1. Plan your travel plan and purpose, visit the website of embassies and consulates in China official website and Visa Center, and read the relevant visa precautions.

2. Log on to the embassy website and download the corresponding visa application form and the corresponding template format text.

3. Application submission offices: three visa centers in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Different visa centers have different jurisdictions, and the visa center will charge an additional service fee of about 180 yuan on the basis of the visa fee required by the embassy.

Second, the required materials:

(1) business visa

Original passport:

1, the original passport is valid for more than 6 months.

The last page of passport must be signed (Chinese name)

3. Passport has at least two blank pages with consecutive page numbers (this page is opposite to this page).

The holder of renewed passport must provide all original passports at the same time.

Letter of dispatch:

2. Need to fill in the company address, telephone number, fax number, business visit purpose, leave approval certificate, stay time, guarantee to return to China on schedule, applicant's name, gender, passport number, date of birth, position, monthly salary and ID number.

3. It must be printed on regular company stationery, signed by the relevant person in charge and stamped with the official seal of the company.

Invitation letter:

1. Original and photocopy of the invitation letter sent by the inviting company.

2. Personal information of the applicant (name, date of birth, passport number), duration of stay, purpose of stay, contact information of both parties, autograph of the inviter, duration of stay, itinerary arrangement and indication of which party will provide overseas expenses.

Economic proof:

1. Original and photocopy of passbook.

2. If there is no original passbook but only one card, please go to the bank to issue a deposit certificate and a list of historical transactions in the past six months. The list must show the name of the applicant and be printed to the current date.

4. Other property: real estate license, automobile driving license, stocks, bank statements (original and stamped), treasury bills, stock warrants, etc.

Other materials:

The visa officer has the right to request the applicant to provide additional information according to different situations.

Remarks: Guangdong Territory: Personal passports of Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hainan and Yunnan provinces. Shanghai consular district: personal passports of Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui provinces. Other provinces belong to Beijing. (2) Tourist visa

Note: The certificate issued by the bank or the bank deposit certificate is invalid.
