Siziwangqi is the 15th generation Sun Nuoyantai of Habutu Hasal, the younger brother of Genghis Khan, and a generation of tianjiao. It has four sons and lives in different pastures, so it is called Siziwan tribe. The title of Siziwangqi came from this. Gegentala Grassland is located in Siziwangqi, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, only128km away from Hohhot, the capital of the autonomous region, and the special provincial highway S 10 1 from Hohhot to Xilinhot goes directly to the scenic spot, so the traffic is very convenient. "Gegentala" is Mongolian, which means vast and bright grassland. In recent years, a scenic spot with unique grassland style has been formed. The main landing point of the world-famous manned spacecraft is only 50 kilometers away from Gegentala. Gegentara is also the only way to the port city of Erenhot. The vast Dorbod (Mongolian means Four Kings) prairie is an intoxicating grassland beauty, with lush green grass, birds and flowers, blue sky and clear water, white clouds and rainbows, curling smoke, the sound of shepherds and horses chasing each other in summer and autumn.

It has a vast territory and rich resources. The total surface water resources alone reached 96.2 million cubic meters, and the groundwater reserves reached 5.2 billion cubic meters. The proven mineral deposits mainly include gold, tungsten, aluminum, lead, fluorite, mirabilite, petroleum, celestite and Yingshi. In addition, it is an ideal summer resort and tourist attraction. The poverty alleviation and development work of this banner began at 1986. In order to support the social and economic development of Siziwangqi, the state has successively invested more than 210 million yuan in poverty alleviation funds, which has initially improved the industrial and animal husbandry infrastructure of the whole banner and achieved great social and economic development. By the end of 1992, the total output value of industry and animal husbandry reached 240 million yuan, and traffic and communication have also been greatly improved.
