Tanglao Village Committee of Encheng Office is located in the central suburb of enping city, with a total area of 6.5 square kilometers. There are 8 natural villages, 12 villagers' groups, and the existing permanent population is 645 households ***2 183. Cultivated land area is 2532 mu, and dry land 1498 mu. It has rice 1034 mu, fish pond 200 mu and longan 225 mu. The rest is mountainous area of 746 mu. There are 1 party groups in Tanglao Village, with 40 people in party member. Wanqing, Liyuchong, Tan Lang I, Tan Lang II and Zhushan are old revolutionary bases. Wanqing, Liyuchong, Tan Lang I, Tan Lang II and Zhushan are immigrant villages.

Tanglao Village is adjacent to Xinlou Village, Shiquan Village, Shilian Village, Xi 'an Village, Lianhe Village, Shalian Village, Shiqing Village, Lu Ping Village, Pingfugang Village, Pingtang Village, Micang Village, Zhongnan Village, Jingang Village and Dingchong Village.

On September 24th, 20 19, Tanglao Village was included in the list of "Demonstration Villages (Communities) of Democracy and Rule of Law" in Guangdong Province in 20 18.
