1. Basic materials
Passport: original passport and photocopy of passport photo page. Passports should be valid for more than six months (from the date of entry) and have at least one blank visa page;
2) Visa application form (original): an application form filled in English and signed by the applicant.
3) Two passport photos (one posted on the form and the other scanned) shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Two-inch colored white background, recently taken within three months;
(2) bareheaded (if hats or accessories are required by special religions or customs, the hats or accessories shall not obscure the applicant's facial features).
4) Original and photocopy of ID card (note: business visa applicants only need a photocopy).
2. Other materials required for applying for a tourist visa are as follows
1) Employment Certificate:
(1) If the applicant is an on-the-job employee, the original on-the-job certification letter issued by the company must be provided. The certification letter should indicate that the company agrees to leave the company, and specify the working hours, position and salary of the applicant in detail. On-the-job certification letter must list the company's address, telephone and fax numbers and relevant contacts. Letters must be stamped with official seals.
(2) If the applicant has no job, he/she must provide documents to prove his/her personal financial situation, such as bank deposit certificate, real estate license, etc. (original and photocopy). There is no specific requirement for the amount of bank deposit certificate, but the date of bank issuance must be within 2 weeks from the date of visa application submission. The certificate shall truthfully reflect the economic ability of the applicant.
2) Household registration book: the applicant's household registration book (original and photocopy). If it is a collective account, you can go to the public security bureau to apply for the household registration certificate and provide the original and copy.
3. Other materials required to apply for a business visa are as follows:
1) power of attorney: If I can't go to the embassy to apply for a visa in person, I need to issue a power of attorney, which should indicate the client's name and ID number (both in Chinese and English). The client must provide the original ID card and submit a copy. If the same person is entrusted by more than one person, a power of attorney must be submitted when applying for and obtaining a visa.
2) Printed copy of business registration information of Singapore company: the latest printed copy of business registration information of Singapore company issued by Singapore Accounting and Enterprise Administration (http://www.acra.gov.sg), and the date of data printing shall not exceed 6 months from the date of submission. Applicants invited by Singapore government agencies and universities or attending exhibitions and conferences held in Singapore do not need to produce V39A form and business registration information of Singapore companies. The applicant only needs to submit the original invitation letter sent by the institution or organization to the applicant. The invitation letter must have the signature of the inviter of the institution or organization and the name of the applicant.
Original V39A Form (Letter of Introduction): A complete original completed in English by a representative of a registered company in Singapore (who must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident over 2 1 year old). The letter must indicate the address, telephone number and fax number of the Singapore company, the company seal and Singapore identity card number, and the signature of the company representative.
4. Student visa:
1) Four originals of materials, original and photocopy of notarial certificate:
(1) Birth notarization.
(2) the highest academic certificate.
(3) the highest academic certificate.
(4) bank deposit certificate (bank deposit certificate is valid for at least three months from the date of interview. Applicants should ensure that the bank deposit certificate is still valid when attending the interview. 2) The applicant's study plan (student's signature, date).
3) The originals and photocopies of the following materials of the applicant, parents and their spouses:
(1) ID card.
(2) household registration book.
(3) Work certificate.
(4) Payroll for three months before the interview.

4) The original passport of the applicant and a copy of the first page of the passport.

5. Information required for long-term visa application:
1) This type of visa is applicable to:
(1) A person who has received a notice of permanent residence in Singapore from the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Bureau.
(2) In principle, those who have been approved by the Singapore Immigration and Inspection Bureau or the Singapore Ministry of Manpower can be issued with various permits. Such as work permit, employment permit, student card, long-term social visit card, etc.
(3) Loss of work permit, employment permit and student permit in China in Singapore.
(4) Passport: The validity period should be more than six months (counting from the date of entry) and there should be at least one blank visa page. Submit a copy of passport photo page at the same time.
2) Visa application form (original): an application form filled in English and signed by the applicant. The application form can be downloaded online.
3) Two passport photos (one posted on the form and the other scanned).
4) Copy of ID card.
5) One of the documents applicable to the applicant:
(1) Notice of Permanent Resident approved by Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Bureau (photocopy).
(2) Entry approval letter (photocopy) issued by Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Bureau or Singapore Ministry of Manpower, allowing the applicant to apply for work permit, employment permit, student permit and long-term social visit permit in Singapore.
(3) Certificate of loss (original and photocopy) issued by the local public security organ, indicating that the Singapore work permit, employment permit and student permit were lost in China.
(4) A letter of employment certificate issued by a Singapore company or a letter of study certificate issued by a school should indicate the validity period of the applicant' s license and FIN $ NUMBER (fax from a Singapore company or school is accepted).
5. Power of Attorney: If I can't apply for a visa in person at the embassy, I need to issue a power of attorney, which should indicate the name and ID number of the client (both in Chinese and English).
