Difference:

First, the application requirements are different. You must have a temporary residence permit to apply for a residence permit.

(a) temporary residence permit 16 years of age or older, intends to live in the urban area for more than 30 days, not registered in the urban area of non-registered floating population, issued by the public security organs "Zhejiang temporary residence permit". Residence registration of the place where the account is located. Article 8 of the Regulations on Household Registration of Floating Population in Province stipulates household registration. If the parties do not need to provide proof, they may not issue proof.

(two) if the floating population wants to apply for a residence permit in Hainan Province, it must meet the following conditions:

2. Hold a temporary residence permit in Hainan Province and have lived continuously for 3 years;

4. Have a fixed residence;

5. No criminal record;

6. Have a high school education or above;

7. No illegal childbearing behavior;

8. Be sure to pay social insurance premiums for more than 3 years in this city;

Second, the validity period is different.

(1) Residence permit is 9 years.

(2) Temporary residence permit for 6 months to 3 years.
