How to use "Civilization 5 mod"?

Put the downloaded file in my crotch: path C.D.E.F:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS

Then start the game , click MOD, then click Accept, then click Select MODS. After clicking it, you can see the MOD you downloaded

Click on the leader you want to use. If it turns green, it means you have checked it, and then return to the single-player game.

Instead of returning to the outermost, MOD can only use land in MODS.
