If the ecological immigrants flow in the overall planning area, the medical insurance agency in the transferred place shall handle the transfer and connection procedures according to the basic information of the immigrants provided by the medical insurance agency in the transferred place, and be responsible for the medical management and reimbursement of medical expenses. The individual contributions of the insured immigrants are not transferred, and the number of insured persons transferred out does not decrease or increase in the current year, and decreases or increases in the following year.
