Countermeasures for Japan's aging

The measures have not been finalized, because the policy has just begun.

Policies include: encouraging childbearing (temporary maternity allowance increased to 420,000, infant health care system improved), prenatal and postnatal holidays, welfare policies, re-employment support activities for the elderly, relaxing visa examination for technicians and transition to immigrant countries (now controversial).

Government functional departments have introduced policies to encourage citizens to improve their fertility, so that enterprises can give preferential treatment to pregnant employees and enterprises that employ the elderly.

As for what facilities, these are implemented in various local governments (urban departments) responsible for planning and construction.

Naturally, there will be more facilities for the elderly, slower pace, more handrails, and perhaps welfare benefits.

But although the proposal is good, it is impossible without money. If the labor force is insufficient and the tax revenue is insufficient, there is no ability to build welfare facilities. If nothing else, judging from the current negative population growth, can people of our age get old-age insurance after 40 years?
