General situation of Shankou reservoir

Shankou Reservoir is located in the southeast of wudalianchi city, Heilongjiang Province, upstream of Nemo River, a first-class tributary of Nenjiang River. Its geographical coordinates are126 45' 30 "east ~12715' 40" north ~ 48 20' 20 "north. The dam site is located in the mountain pass at the junction of Xiaoxing 'an Mountains and Songnen Plain, hence the name Shankou Reservoir. This large-scale reservoir is a national large-scale II comprehensive water control project integrating power generation, water supply, irrigation, flood control, fish farming and tourism. The catchment area above the dam site is 3,745 square kilometers, the annual average flow is 26 cubic meters per second, the normal water level is 3 13.0 meters, and the storage capacity is 995 million cubic meters. The dam is 35.7 meters high and 763.8 meters long. The dam type is asphalt concrete core rockfill dam. The installed capacity of hydropower is 26,000 kilowatts, with an estimated investment of 2610.22 billion yuan and an actual investment of 340 million yuan.

The reservoir is designed according to the 500-year flood, and checked according to the 5000-year flood. The checked storage capacity is 995 million cubic meters, the beneficial storage capacity is 740 million cubic meters, the dead storage capacity is 365.438+0 million cubic meters, and the net regulated water volume is 430 million cubic meters.

The reservoir hub project consists of main dam, spillway, diversion tunnel and power station. The main dam is an asphalt concrete core rockfill dam with a length of 763m and a height of 35.7m; the spillway is opened on the bank slope with a clear width of 36 m.. It is controlled by a three-hole arc gate. The designed flood discharge is 700 cubic meters per second, and the checked flood discharge is 2790 cubic meters per second. The water conveyance tunnel is a tower-shaped circular diversion tunnel with a diameter of 5.3 meters. The power station is a ground workshop with an installed capacity of 26,000 kilowatts and an annual power generation of 64.48 million kWh.

The reservoir can provide 94.6 million cubic meters of industrial water and irrigate 30,000 hectares of rice every year. Flood control can protect Wudalianchi, Nehe, Keshan and other towns, and protect 50,000 hectares of farmland and nearly one million people downstream, as well as the North-Black Railway, Heen Highway and G202 National Road.
