Project Overview: The Linzhou-Changzhi (provincial boundary) Expressway in Anyang City, Henan Province starts from the southeast of Hengshui Town in Linzhou City, connects with the completed Anyang-Linzhou Expressway, passes through Lingyang Town, Yaocun Town and Rencun Town in Linzhou City, and connects with Shanxi Province at the provincial boundary. IV. Qualification requirements:

(1) The applicant must be a legal person or a number of independent legal person associations (no more than three at most) registered in China.

(2) A single enterprise applicant should meet the following conditions at the same time:

2. The registered capital is not less than 2 million yuan;
