Is the real estate license the same as the homestead certificate when applying for studying abroad?

Real estate license and automobile driving license are personal fixed assets, which are used to evaluate financial resources (the bigger the house, the better the family conditions) and personal immigration tendency.

The land belonging to the homestead belongs to the collective rather than the individual. It can't reflect the level of personal property, but only explain the problem of immigration tendency.

Secondly, general visa applications only accept standard documents issued by municipal and above institutions that can be queried online (such as real estate licenses issued by housing management bureaus of cities and counties, and automobile driving licenses issued by the State Customs and the Ministry of Public Security respectively).

The homestead certificate can't be found online at first, and then there is no unified system, so it is easy to fill it in indiscriminately. Then the level of the unit that has the right to issue is too low, and it is easy to falsify or fill in directionally.
