1. How do I apply?

There are two ways for non-EEA nationals to apply for residence permit in Ireland through marriage or civil partnership with Irish people.

A. If you are a non-visa-required national, you have legally entered the state within the last 90 days, or you are a national visa, and you are allowed to keep your' C' visa (except for a short period) when you arrive in the state; Alternatively, if you are currently allowed to stay in Ireland in another way, you and your Irish spouse/citizen partner should handle the following documents at your local Irish National Immigration Registry:

Original proof of your marriage/civil partnership.

Your original passport

Original passport of your Irish spouse/civil partner

Evidence of your common address

B. If you don't have permission to stay in the United States at present, please fill in the attached application form and send it to the following address by registered mail:

Fill in the application form, sign it and date it (applicant and Irish)

Original proof of your marriage/civil partnership.

Your original passport and birth certificate.

Divorce documents of the applicant and/or spouse (if applicable)

Proof of private medical insurance for non-EEA nationals

The evidence shows that the Irish spouse/civil partner (guarantor) meets the published financial standards described in the non-EEA family reunion policy document 17.2 (for example, p60 in the past three years, bank statements in the past six months, P2 1 income commissioner's statement, recent payroll, financial accounts, etc. -This list is not exhaustive).

It is recommended that your application and all other documents be forwarded by registered mail. All submitted documents must be submitted as originals. For processing purposes, please attach copies of all submitted documents. All original documents will be returned after inspection and copies will be kept in the archives.

2. What should I do if I have an expulsion order?

The application of a person who has an expulsion order will not be considered. According to article 3 of 1999 Immigration Act (1 1), any applicant for an expulsion order who wishes to apply to the Irish people for revocation of the expulsion order based on marriage/civil partnership should submit an application to the Repatriation Section at the following address.
