Introduction of Nanyang High-tech Zone: Nanyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone 1996 was established as a provincial-level development zone with the approval of Henan Provincial People's Government in March, 2005 1 month, officially put into operation in February, approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, and promoted to a national high-tech zone with the approval of the State Council in September, 20 10.
