Swimming: There is no restriction on posture. After swimming100m, dive immediately10m. 1 minute 35 seconds is a perfect score; Swimming less than 25 meters, 0 points; You can't dive after swimming 100 meters, score 1-5 points as appropriate.

500 steeplechase: completed within 3 minutes and 50 seconds, with 0 point for more than 7 minutes.

Climbing rope: the rope is 6 meters long, which is equivalent to climbing rope 4 meters after deducting the height. It can't be assisted by feet. If you can't climb the rope of 4 meters, 0 points.

Sit-ups: 40 times.

Push-ups: 15 times (at least 50 times during training).

Pull-ups (horizontal bar): 4 times (10 is the perfect score).

Run 90 meters with a 40 kg sandbag on your back. If it exceeds 24 seconds, 0 point will be counted (this test has been cancelled).
