Is Fiji visa-free for China?

The duty-free items that Fiji allows to be brought into Fiji are as follows: Types:

(Any combination of the above 1-3 items, but the total net weight shall not exceed 250 grams)

4. Hard liquor, shall not exceed 2.25 liters

5. Wine, not exceeding 4.5 liters

6. Beer, not exceeding 4.5 liters

(Any combination of the above 4-6 commodities, but the total quantity shall not exceed any of the above provisions. The value of other taxable goods shall not exceed F$400. Passengers carrying items specified in Articles I-VI above shall not be younger than 17 years old.
