Qingninghou Village belongs to Dasi Town. Located on the east bank of Duliujian River, it is connected to Xiaonanhe Village in Jason Wu Town in the north, Jianxin Village in Wangwenzhuang Town in the south and Beikou Village in the east. It is six kilometers away from Jinzi Highway, and there are rural roads connected to Jinzi Highway. Citing word-of-mouth information, the village was originally an ancient village in Jinyuan. According to legend, during the Tang and Song Dynasties, some descendants of Confucius once built a village here. The village site was chosen on the earthen port, and there were tall brick houses, which the villagers called "Kongjialou". Besides Kong, Li and Ye Zhao live here. Later, Kongjialou was destroyed by a military disaster.

In the middle of Qing dynasty, the water in the four directions gradually dried up and the land condensed. Villagers occasionally dig sand (gravel, commonly known as stone monkeys) under the surface. Years ago, the village was renamed Qingninghou.

After liberation, "Qing" was simplified to "Qing", which was called Qingning Houcun. It has not changed so far. At one time, it was used as "Qing Hou Ning", meaning Qing Ning Taiping or Qingyuan Anning. During War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, Qingning Houcun was a solid base for Chinese armed forces.

According to Liu's genealogy, Liu moved to Da 'nanhe Village, a town in Hongdong County, Shanxi Province, during the Yongle period of Ming Dynasty, and moved to Qingninghou Village a few days later. It's been 26 generations now. According to the Sun Shi genealogy of the village, Sun Xingqing, the ancestor of Sun Shi, moved to Sunjia Temple in the south of Wuding (now Huimin County, Shandong Province) in the early years of Kangxi. According to historical records, Zhou Lei and Zhou Yu, ancestors of Zhou surname in this village, moved to Shanxi from runan county, Henan Province (now Ruzhou City, Henan Province) in the early Ming Dynasty, and then moved to Qingninghou Village to settle down. China's Surname records that there were about 500,000 people in the whole country during the Northern Song Dynasty, and the Shandong Zhou surname accounted for about 20% of the national Zhou surname at that time.
