Where does Qujia Village belong?

Qujia Village, Kuixiang Township, Sanyuan County, formerly known as Qujiabao, is located in the upper reaches of fengcun Reservoir and on both sides of Qingyu River. Road 3 runs through the village, bordering fengcun and Hexi Village in the south, Yuecun Village in the north, Zhaizi Village in the west and Xinxing Town in the east. The area is the confluence of tableland, slope and Sichuan, and both sides of the highway and the bottom of the slope are inhabited. The whole village consists of three natural villages: Qujiacunbao, Hujiagou and Hujiayuan. It has jurisdiction over six villagers' groups, with 375 households and a population of 1.300. Cultivated land area 1.200 mu, per capita cultivated land area is less than 1 mu, and sloping land accounts for 70%. Returning farmland to forests covers an area of 392 mu and implements ADB loan projects. The industrial structure is mainly planting and breeding, mainly planting wheat and corn, and mainly breeding pigs, cattle and sheep. Farmers' income mainly comes from planting, breeding and labor export. Convenient transportation, there are 4 kilometers of cement roads around Tongcun and Huancun. The power facilities are perfect, with four transformers, with a total capacity of 260 KVA, and the low-voltage power grid is 6 kilometers, and households are electrified. Water conservancy facilities are relatively complete, and households in groups 1, 2, 3 and 6 have running water, so they can look at wells, and irrigation water sources are insufficient in drought. The village has a central primary school, a village-level clinic, a well-equipped village-level third committee and a village party branch with 26 party member members, including 5 women party member. There are various forms of village-level cultural activities, including two gongs and drums teams, two yangko teams, lion dance teams 1, two self-help classes, and farmer's bookstores 1.

The villagers of Qujia are simple, hardworking and smart, and they have built a family. Since the reform and opening up, people's life has undergone earth-shaking changes, sending more than 100 college students to the country, and many economic leaders and rich experts have emerged. The masses constantly improve their own quality by learning culture and science and technology. In the 1980s and 1990s, Qujia Village relied on local resources to develop vermicelli processing. Everyone participated in it, and every household processed it. The products were sold to neighboring provinces. In recent years, the two committees of the village have further clarified their development ideas, combined with the actual situation of the basic village conditions such as a large population and a small amount of land, and weak agricultural infrastructure, and formulated the development ideas of "strengthening the village by enterprises, serving the people and increasing the income by special planting", and increased their investment. Now Xinfengtai Stone Slag Co., Ltd. and Rising Sun Building Materials have settled in the village to invest in production, driving the village's professional households mainly engaged in mining. More than 50 village laborers have been recruited, 670 people in the village go out to work, and 370 people go out to work all the year round. Income from labor export accounts for 70% of per capita income. Walnut planting area last winter and this spring is 642 mu. At present, it is growing well. The aquaculture industry has changed from family free-range farming to standardization and scale, and a breeding community has been built, with 700 pigs slaughtered every year. The local breeding of chickens, pigeons, rabbits and ducks has begun to take shape. Combined with the "Three Farewells" and the immigrants in the reservoir area, the new village has begun to take shape and plans to move within three years.
