1. Project Overview and Contracting Method

The main stele project is fully contracted (contracting work and materials), and the specific content includes stone purchase, processing, polishing and carving, transportation, and foundation. Party B is responsible for all construction and installation. Party A is only responsible for the cement, sand and water used when erecting the monument. Before construction, Party B must first notify Party A to the stone quarry. Only after Party A selects the quality and color of the stone that it needs, Party B can perform construction as required.

2. Construction Period and Quality Standards

This project will be completed on November 18, 20xx according to the time agreed between Party A and Party B. In terms of quality, the stone used is guaranteed to be of high quality. Fine line, no cracks, no damage or scars, no big color difference, so that the pattern writing is clear and natural, beautiful and generous, and the structure is tight. The size and style of each part are subject to the requirements in Article 1 of the contract above. The footing foundation must be dug to the slab soil. The footing must be firm. The width of the stone base must be 80 cm to 1 meter, and the mortar must be full.

3. Cost and payment method:

The main project of the tombstone is 50,000 yuan (51,000 yuan), and Party A pays Party B a deposit of 20,000 yuan (200 million yuan) , the deposit of 20,000 yuan (200 million yuan) has been paid by Party A to Party B when Party A and Party B signed the contract. The remaining part will be paid by Party A according to the size, size and size specified in the contract terms agreed by Party A and Party B after the installation of all projects is completed. The design, quality, etc. shall prevail for project acceptance. If the size, style, and quality standards are consistent with the actual sample, the project will be deemed qualified. Party A shall pay all remaining balance to Party B in one lump sum.

4. Liability for breach of contract

Once the contract is signed, both parties A and B must implement it in accordance with the contract. The contract requires that the breaching party shall be fully responsible for all losses caused. The breaching party shall pay to the other party twice the total project price as liquidated damages.

5. Safety Responsibility

Party B is responsible for all safety facilities and construction site management during construction. Party B must ensure safe and civilized construction. Party B’s construction personnel shall be responsible for any safety accidents, regardless of their size. Party B, the contractor, shall be responsible for all the consequences, and Party A shall not bear any responsibility.

This contract is made in two copies, with Party A and Party B each holding one copy. It will take effect on the date of signature by Party A and Party B.

4. If the tomb cannot be cleaned and relocated because it has been buried for a long time, Party B may voluntarily give up the relocation of the tomb and may receive full compensation.

5. If Party B refuses to relocate without justifiable reasons or fails to sign a compensation and resettlement agreement for the relocation of the tomb within the specified period, Party A will treat the tomb as a grave without an owner; Party B will bear all the corresponding consequences responsibility.

6. During the relocation process, if Party B fails to abide by relevant national laws and regulations and has any of the following circumstances, if the circumstances are minor, the public security organs will punish them in accordance with the "Public Security Administration of the People's Republic of China and the State" shall be punished according to the Law; if the circumstances are serious and constitute a crime, criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the law; if economic losses are caused, Party B shall bear financial compensation liability.
