If students' attendance rate is not enough or they don't reach the minimum academic performance, they will receive a warning letter from the school. At this time, students should be prepared to explain at school. If the explanation fails, the worst result is to be expelled from the school and reported to the immigration bureau, cancel the student visa and repatriate.
How to explain it at school after receiving the warning letter?
I. Campus Interpretation
The quality of written explanation is the key to on-campus explanation. Without complete and powerful supporting documents, if you casually find reasons such as poor health and lack of language ability, the result will definitely be a failure in explanation.
A good written explanation should be:
1, poor grades, reasons for repeating grades, which is definitely uncontrollable for students here.
2. Reasons for continuing to successfully complete their studies.
3. Give solutions to classes with poor grades and failing grades.
Note: If there are health problems, you need to submit proof materials and a written explanation. The school will decide whether to hold a hearing after the trial, and the explanation will come out soon after the hearing.
Second, transfer
If the explanation on campus is unsuccessful and you are expelled from a public university, you can only hope to transfer to a private school. However, the transfer also needs to meet certain conditions.
1. Students must complete the main courses they are studying for 6 months before applying for transfer (except the language courses they have studied before);
2. For packaged courses, you must complete the first 6 months of the main course, not the 6 months after the first course, before you can apply for transfer;
Students who have not completed the main course within 3.6 months need to issue a release letter; By the school;
4. If a registered educational institution refuses to issue letters to students, it shall explain the appropriate reasons in writing;
If the registered educational institution fails to reply within the time limit stipulated by the policy, students can appeal through the school.
6. Before applying for the release letter, you must obtain a valid admission notice from a new educational institution.
7. If the student is under the age of 18, it must be signed by the legal guardian or parents. If the student has no parents or designated relatives in Australia, the educational institution receiving the student should be responsible for arranging accommodation, etc. The new admission notice must be indicated.
