Do Anqing and Jixi belong to Xuancheng?

According to Baidu Encyclopedia, Anqing City, referred to as Yicheng for short, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province, located in the southwest of Anhui Province.

Xuancheng, known as Xuanzhou and Wanling in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province and the central city of the Yangtze River Delta, located in the southeast of Anhui Province.

Jixi, also known as Coal City and Graphite City, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Province, an important national energy base approved by the State Council, and one of the regional central cities in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province. Jixi is located in the northeast of China and the southeast of Heilongjiang.

Therefore, Anqing, Jixi and Xuancheng are not related to each other.
