L1 visa application for U.S. immigration
If there is no branch in the United States, the head office needs to start from the establishment of the branch. When the branch has been operating normally for more than 12 months, the U.S. L-1 Visa holders and their immediate family members (including children under 21 years old) can directly apply for a green card without the need for approval by the U.S. Department of Labor. They are not subject to any immigration quota restrictions and can directly obtain permanent residence in the United States. Compared with investment immigration that requires 500,000 or 1 million U.S. dollars, U.S. L1 visa holders not only get their green cards quickly, but also do not require a large capital investment.
