According to the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Approving the Investment Estimation of the Pilot Plan for Land Expropriation and Resettlement in Danjiangkou Reservoir Construction of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project (No.2534 of Development and Reform Investment [2008]) and the Reply of the the State Council South-to-North Water Diversion Project Construction Committee Office on the Pilot Plan for Land Expropriation and Resettlement in Danjiangkou Reservoir Construction (No.0/52 of the State Council). And "Minutes of Meeting on Studying the Resettlement of Danjiangkou Reservoir in the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer" (Minutes of Special Meeting of the Provincial People's Government (108)), in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrants, guarantee their right to participate, know and supervise, adhere to the sunshine operation, and increase the transparency of resettlement work, we hereby notify the pilot compensation standard of Danjiangkou Reservoir as follows:

I. Individual compensation standards for immigrants

The use of the reservoir area is arranged as follows: 22,000 yuan per capita is paid to the resettlement village collective to pay for land acquisition compensation or newly developed land; 3000 yuan per capita combined with the land consolidation investment of the land department. After resettlement and demarcation of responsibility fields, the government of the reservoir area will co-ordinate the implementation of resettlement land consolidation; 3,000 yuan per capita is arranged by the people's government at the county level in the reservoir area; 647 yuan per capita is controlled by the province as a whole to solve the problems in production and resettlement in the reservoir area.

Third, the compensation standard for infrastructure costs.

The capital construction fee is mainly used for land acquisition of new sites in resettlement areas, compensation for infrastructure construction inside and outside residential areas, treatment of expansive soil, treatment of villages and platforms, compensation for development land, etc. Due to different local conditions and different investments, the pilot scheme and the immigrant investment plan issued by the provincial bureau shall prevail.

Four. Immigration reward standard

From the farmland occupation tax in the reservoir area, the resettlement incentive fee will be arranged at a per capita rate of 2,000 yuan, which will be implemented by the county government where the immigrants move out to reward the immigrants who have completed the relocation and resettlement on time.
