Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is located in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River in the northwest of China, between 3514 ′-39 23 ′ north latitude and 0/0417 ′-107 39 ′ east longitude. It borders Shaanxi Province in the east, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the west and north, and Gansu Province in the south, with a total area of 66,400 square kilometers. The Han Dynasty belongs to the secretariat of Shuofang. In the Western Han Dynasty, Beidi County was under the jurisdiction of Huan County, Gansu Province. Guyuan is located in Anding County; Ningxia belongs to Beidi County and Anding County. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Anding County moved to zhenyuan county, Gansu, and Beijun moved to the southwest of Litong District, Wuzhong City.
