If my actual native place is inconsistent with my household registration, my native place administrative division is adjusted or my name is changed, and I am adopted with my adoptive father's native place, I can apply to the public security department for registration of change of my native place. If a citizen dies, the head of the household, relatives, dependents or neighbors shall, within one month before the city is buried, declare the death registration to the household registration authority and cancel the household registration. If a citizen dies in his temporary residence, the household registration organ of the temporary residence shall notify the household registration organ of the permanent residence to cancel his household registration.
