The demolition progress of No.2 plot in Xianfeng Village, Changxing Town, Chongming, Shanghai has not been completed, and only one third of the whole project has been completed. At the same time, the plot involves 787 relocated households, of which 305 households have signed house demolition contracts. In addition, the work of housing evaluation and proofreading, policy consultation and signing preparation for plot 2 has been started, and it is planned to complete the signing of the remaining plots 1 and 2 in 2023.
