The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall issue an application for endorsement within 7 working days after accepting it respectively. Due to local traffic inconvenience or special circumstances, the issuance time can be extended to 20 working days with the approval of the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organ.
