Requirements to know about financial guarantee for studying in Italy

To study in Italy, you must first find financial guarantee. What conditions must be met to provide guarantee?

First of all, you must be an Italian citizen or a foreigner with a residence permit who has legally resided in Italy for more than one year;

Secondly, the guarantee is provided by a professional association or a federation of trade unions. Associations, voluntary service agencies or associations, need: at least 3 years of business experience in immigration;

2) Associations or institutions engaged in immigration activities have been registered in the registration office (Immigration Department, Department of Social Affairs, Prime Minister's Office Second Office) Registration;

3) Legal representatives, members of administrative and inspection bodies, directors (if it is a company with a collective name) have no criminal record related to illegal immigration or those listed in Articles 380 and 381 of the CPP

4) The decision to provide guarantee complies with various regulations.

Third, regional or local institutions, including mountain consortiums and their societies or federations.

If the guarantor is an Italian citizen or holds a residence permit, and is a foreigner who has legally resided in Italy for more than one year at the time of the guarantee, he or she needs to:

A. Have the financial ability to provide guarantee, That is, their personal or family income;

B. No criminal record related to illegal immigration or records listed in Articles 380 and 381 of the CPP

C. A guarantor can Sponsor 1-2 foreigners, and provide guarantees for each foreigner during the validity period of the residence permit, including living expenses not less than the amount of monthly social assistance.

The bank guarantee or insurance policy document needs to be sent to the foreign student, who will submit it to the embassy to apply for a visa.
