My first year's failure was a loss in this respect.

It is good to read a sentence on the internet, "Genius does exist, but it is more realistic to think of yourself as an ordinary person". It's absolutely right to review according to the plan honestly and not fight unprepared:

First, line testing.

1, brush the question. Many friends will fall into the misunderstanding of sea tactics, and the more you brush, the more careful you can be. In fact, brushing questions is not about the amount of questions, but about efficiency and methods. In fact, you don't need to brush a lot of questions, you just need to do 30-50 questions carefully to master the knowledge points.

2, brush the real questions over the years. Pay attention to the time to do it. It can be arranged at 9:00- 10:00 in the morning to simulate the practice according to the examination process. After you finish, be sure to analyze the answer carefully. Don't rush to finish the wrong question. You should also carefully analyze the correct questions, especially the questions you answered correctly.

In short, we should treat each question as four questions, think from the point of view of the questioner, where is the pit of each question and each option, and carefully analyze each option. The topics of the same kind and the same knowledge point should be done together, and the similarities of the test sites can be found by vertical comparison.

3. Check for leaks. Training and accumulating your weak points and knowledge blind spots will be very effective.

Second, the application

1, consolidate knowledge points according to the question type. For example, for a single problem, there is no need to distinguish between elements. Note that the cause and harm of the problem can be transformed into each other. Just judge the nature of the problem. If the question is bad or negative, it will be answered as a "question". Abstraction is the main part, generalization is the auxiliary part, and the word * * * comes first.

Answer official document questions by type, such as plans, propaganda, comments, etc., master its basic elements and pay attention to the format. No matter how you change it, the elements are all from the material. If you don't have them, don't play.

2, brush the real question. Especially for the real questions in the past five years, each set of questions should be brushed more than three times. After brushing, modify your own answers according to the answers, analyze them repeatedly, and do them repeatedly until the real questions are the same as the answers. You can arrange two sets of compositions a week. Remember to finish them, including the composition. It must be difficult to write at first, even if it is written according to the answer, you must finish it and you must not be lazy.

3, usually pay attention to accumulation. Prepare some morning reading materials by yourself, and the specific content should be collected from news hotspots, celebrity deeds and other aspects.

It is also important to apply for the civil service examination. Everyone must carefully study the recruitment position table and find a position that suits them. Let me share with you the "pit" I stepped on in the first year. These misunderstandings must be avoided.

1, blindly following the trend or keen to apply for "no professional restrictions" positions.

When I signed up, I didn't weigh my advantages and disadvantages carefully, but decided my application position hastily. Finally, after registering, I found that the registration ratio was 2 18: 1, which was too difficult. So don't go to extremes, and those positions with low application conditions must be cautious.

2. On-the-job employees with work experience have greater advantages than fresh graduates.

On-the-job personnel have certain advantages because there are many positions that require several years of relevant work experience, which provides a good opportunity platform for on-the-job personnel in society, but the disadvantages of on-the-job personnel themselves cannot be ignored.

Taking the civil service exam while working, the time is very unstable. And there are many things to deal with at work every day, even after work. Can't calm down and review well, pay more attention to the exam results. Therefore, the pressure during the exam is relatively high, which easily leads to abnormal performance.
