What is the random placement in Tibet?

Your present grades can enter key middle schools. Then you can take the senior high school entrance examination in Tibet and join the scattered classes. And you can attend classes scattered all over the country. They are all key high schools in various provinces and cities. But for the future college entrance examination, I will follow the Tibetan class, so the form of volunteering is different from that of local students. But they are all good schools (national key universities) with low scores. But it seems that Hong Kong University or something can't pass the exam.
