Is it possible for human beings to immigrate from other planets in a very early period?

As a human being, I don't want to admit that my wisdom was acquired by opportunism, but we can't deny that we are different from other life on earth. As an independent population, human beings thrive on the earth, except for natural disasters. No life can threaten the survival of mankind.
