How to go through the immigration formalities in Australia?

Article 5 of the Law on the Administration of Exit and Entry of Citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that citizens of China who leave the country for private purposes may apply to the public security organs of the city or county where their registered permanent residence is located, and all applications may be approved except in the circumstances specified in Article 8 of this Law. (1) Defendants and criminal suspects in criminal cases identified by public security organs or people's procuratorates and people's courts; (two) the people's court informed that there are unresolved civil cases that cannot leave the country; (3) Being sentenced to a penalty and serving a sentence; (4) Being reeducated through labor; (five) the relevant competent authorities of the State Council believe that leaving the country will endanger national security or cause great losses to national interests.
